I’m not asking for a list of all the ones that exist — please let me know, whether it be from experience or research or a NY Times article, WHICH of the free web hosting sites is the best. Which ones give the most template options? Which ones give the most options and capabilities for free? Which ones are best for people who are beginners, or for people who are experts, or for people who have a basic knowledge of web design?
